Metamod shouldn't be loading itself

Remove the dproto line from Metamod's plugins.ini file

No idea what security is, but it probably isn't needed and can be removed from Metamod's plugins.ini file

DProto is used for steam servers to work with both protocol 47 and 48 plus non-steam/steam versions of the game but that's illegal man you know and not accepted on this forum so I can not help you with dproto.
