I think that the following plugin might be a replacement/rewrite for this, but it might need much more extensive setup for the web panel/web api: https://github.com/gemidyne/sitri

The error means you are missing the morecolors.inc file. Once you find a copy put it in your /scripting/include folder.

How do I lock having models on blue team. The override things are vague. Would solve so many issues. I only want them locked on a specific gamemode like vsh.

I'm trying to replace models that happen during a taunt, is that possible with this?

I believe https://github.com/Batfoxkid/TF2-Custom-Taunts has the ability to replace model during a taunt.
