Hello mates, i tried to search for along time for some ranking and stats plugins , but could find what i was looking for.

i would like to know if there is an ELO ranking system plugin for CS , if so , please tell me where is it, it is realy important for me.

also , i would like to know if its possible to link the stats with mysql system and automaticly update on webpage site?

if not , i would like to make one, how long does it take to build such system and is it difficult ?

p.s i might consider maybe pay for someone to make one if i wont be able to do it myself

Hello everybody,

Description:
i am willing to pay money for someone who will agree to make a private work for me. a plugin for the game: Counter-Strike 1.6

Plugin details:
Basically its a stats plugin based on ELO rating system.
ELO = http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Elo_rating_system

Every player with no games starts at X PSR (player skill rating), then you lose/gain rating as you lose/win games.
If you are inactive and not playing any ladder games for a while your PSR will start to decay automatically and you will lose position in the ladder.
The plugin must take into account who are you playing with, who are you playing against and whether you won or lost the game.

EDIT: i got the formulas and algorithm of calculating the gain/loss system.

Example:
You stack your team with pro players in CT against noobs in TS.
If CT wins, players from CT will get low or no rating increase to their PSR.
If TS wins, players from TS will get high rating increase to their PSR.

in addition to that , the plugin will calculate and store stats into an SQL database such as: kills,deaths,teamkills,assists,accuracy and etc.

wining Games means = a 5v5 match out of 30 rounds.
Which means , if you play just for fun with a full server , nothing will be counted. only when there are 5 players in each team and !match has started.

thats the whole thing basically, there are few more details , but i will provide it by PMs.
