Why the hell you want anyway to block it?
amx_who gives only limited information (just access flags & steamid), while status gives also information about the server (server version, etc.)

Making yourself not using it doesn't mean others wont use it.
And about your problem - it has nothing to do with the status command.

I was only want to block it to use amx_who insteaaaad because if it's exist or not it was useless, THATS ALL .-.
i didn't even heard about valve's policy of truth, so why i posted this because i think it's normal and its not breaking the rules..

I still don't get why you say the satus command is useless...
It gives u info about the server itself (name, version, slots, vac status, etc.) and info about the players.
amx_who is missing this server info piece (which is kinda important when having problems with the server).

So asked again - why the hell you want to block it? Saying it's useless isn't an excuse, because it's NOT useless.
