[l4d2] difficulty options

Hi!

I did install Left 4 dead 2 server and i didnt get server.cfg. So I searched for one in google. 'Click.'

I have this setting here:
// DIFFICULTY
z_difficulty Impossible

Can this be set up by door lockers or by voting? Is this the only option that is set here?

Yes,It can dynamically implement the function you want through “smx”, instead of passing “cfg”.
