Is there already a plugin that can change the light conditions on the server, that can change dan and night. I need it for cs 1.6 zombie server...?

Very Nice For This Plugin I Really Nedded This plugin To My Server. is This Changes Day-Night Are impossible Automatically ?
When It's Time To 12 Pm Or Time is In my Server 3:00Am It is Automatically Change Day & Night
