Battlefield 4 is built on the new Frostbite 3 engine. "Arukari's BF4 Ranks Mod plugin"? A link would help! We are limited to GoldSrc. As far as making a sprite pop-up in the world due to headshot or knife kill possible. There is already a plugin that shows damage as sprites instead of HUD. Making it happen how you want is not possible in this context.
