If you enable the Relationship setting, it should show them as enemy.

nice plugin! i might end up using it as the main method for showing teammate health in my 4+ player server in l4d2.

question - i have the cvar "sm_healthdisplay_hud" set to 2 for printhinttext preference. is there any way to adjust how long the hint stays on the screen for? thanks.

ive just figured out that you can't change how long the hint text is present (even after 10 years o.o)... oh well.
if i could ask for a request - could you potentially display a health bar with characters to symbolise a health bar, such as the one in this plugin? it might help make the center text option more bearable (at least in l4d2 - you see, i use this plugin to show teammate health). could add a cvar to enable this feature, as well as the width of the hp bar maybe?
