You'll get that error if you screw with the iga.dat file.

Before they applied the ads, my CS server used to be full 24/7. Now it's empty every day...
It's bad that Valve is screwing up a such a ownage game as CS, hopefuly they will remove those ads soon, else... i guess no-Steam clients will be popular again.
