What update are you waiting for? I don't see any mention of an update to anything anywhere. If you've installed the latest meta and source, updated sdkhooks gamedata (if you use sdk hooks) and updated bails CSS DM (if you use it) you shouldnt have any problems.

The difference is that altex's deathmatch probably suites altex's gungame allot better. I suppose its a personal choice.

Hi!

I installed GunGame on the same day when i asked for Help. But it doesn't work . I tried many combinations with always different versions of gungame or deathmatch, but it also doesn't work. It always work until i install gungame. When i install it (gungame) and join the server and choose t or ct i get the "Warning: Connection Problem" message.
But if i join the server and choose spectator i dont get the message. And when i do so, and then open the console to check out if gungame is identified correctly and type in "sm plugins" i get this output (see image)

So that means GunGame is loaded. But why do i get this problem? By the way, my Mate has the same problem on our server.

What did we do wrong?

Yeah you're right. This deathmatch version on the screenshot isn't the one from bailopan. But I used his deathmatch version (2.1.2) even before i tried it with this one on the screenshot, and it don't work anyway. So what seems to be the trouble?

Well I never use mani so I dont know if thats your problem. Firstly if I was going to load CSS DM from here i wouldnt load anything else.

Id start with metamod
sourcemod
sdkhooks
css dm

join game. If all was well id then try mani. Cant join game? theres your problem.

Unload mani, follow this, its helped most.

1. download and install metamod 1.8.5

Reboot

2. load sourcemod released version sourcemod-1.3.6-windows.zip

Reboot

3. Skip this step and step 4 unless at the end you still cant play
(Download the latest source snapshot
http://www.sourcemod.net/snapshots.php
4. Take the gamedata folder from that version and upload it on top of your gamedata from 1.3.6)

5. download Psychs cssdm cssdm.games.txt #117 load it into gamdata folder.

Reboot

6. I truly think you need to uninstall ALL of your plugins except for CSSDM 2.1.2

7. if you are successful, start to load your plugins back one at a time, restart the server each time and maybe even change map also each time, sometimes you need to do this.

I think the problem comes from Sourcemod. Because i had the same Problem:
I can join the Server but dont get weapons an only getting knive then.

I dissolve the problem with other Sourcemod version.
(I have a Linux Server)
