Just say's what server your account is hosted on, whether it be 0 or 1, or the newly added 2.

right well what I'm saying is maybe only the developers and support got the 0:0: accounts cause there was no 0:1:, kinda like there was no 0:2: not that long ago...

When I first got steam I don't recall seeing any 0:1:'s
