Yes, there are others, but all the modifications can be done in the config that the plugin creates, do not need to edit the source files of the plugin.

I already had a problem like this, I in case I updated the FastDL from my server and it was. Check this out and see if it works out.

Also try upgrading to the latest versions of SourceMod and Metamod to see if it resolves.

The default message [WARMOD] you can modify in the config of the same plugin, just go to the csgo/cfg/warmod folder open the file on_map_load.cfg and edit the following lines:
