So I haven't ran a server since 1.6 but I recently just got one. I was wondering if it is possible to have easily switchable mods on my server. Like have KZ, Surf, and a competitive mod all installed on the same server and be able to easily switch between them without having to ftp into the database.

sure you can find plugin managers here... can't say how well they work for that broad spectrum tho.

You could unload every gamemode-specific plugin by default (eg in your server.cfg) and use a map config plugin to load the plugins you need back in on specific maps. eg when a surf_* map gets loaded, you run "sm plugins load surfmod" etc.
