Brother i don't know how to give you what you want i know that i have last amx last meta last version from cs and all bugs fixed but this plugin has the same bug from years
it remove admins in 3rd plugins menu add just it and you will see.

the plugin isn't loaded, apparently you didn't add it in plugins.ini.. RE-INSTALL it correctly !

Hhhhhhh i'm not newbie a lot
I added it and tested it more than once, it works good, but it has a big bug that's why i removed it, it delete admins whenever it want
Try or check it and you will see...
