I'm pretty sure Mecha The Slag created that gamemode.

I highly doubt it, slag has a lot of experience with coding, he's a game developer for god's sake,
if you really want to have a mod like this, try to find a very experienced coder to create it for you.
But head's up, it will most likely be expensive.

Doesn't seem even difficult to make if this is the mod you're talking about, a few maps and some other small plugin stuff...
