9-18-2010 CSS Beta update:

Don't hold your breath, it is a command line check to tell if plugins are being used. It's not something that will be impossible to bypass.

How can they bypass it if the engine itself is set to refuse to load plugins? And if other external processes try to mess with it, VAC will kick in.

hmm i believe we can still use lua scripting on source, don't know but i think we can..

that update was for the beta meaning they are still testing it, it will be added to our version when they are done.

When that update was released plug ins could still be used but a dev said that the steam portion wasn't updated yet and that it should be working now on the beta (i haven't tested it myself yet tho)

This update will hopefully provide a true patch for the plugin loading problem.

I'm thinking of still releasing my patch to cause a mass ban on LUA users. But meh.

Kigen, I would like the LUA ban update as I am sure a fair amount of others would as well. Maybe it could be an option to enable in the cfg?

Bunny hopping still hasn't been completely fixed

If your method Kigen can detect LSS scripters using 2.1 and below, I'd really like to see a release
