Is there one floating around here somewhere?
That uses kvs or pulls questions from a web backend.
People have been asking for this, but I can't seem to find one.
Seems like something that should exist though.

Sadly there isn't one which exists here. However, I may try to work on one when I have some free time.

There's a few private ones that use a local text file / database but nothing web to my knowledge.
