I suggest you to register FM_Spawn @ plugin_precache, alter pev_noise2 when you find it, then unregister the forward @ plugin_init

btw this code will block normal door sound too (cs_assoult)

EDIT: isnt work, i tryed classes: heal(from users screen) & healdooriii, watched in valve hammer editor

EDIT2: oops, this method isnt better, becuz the healer is func_triggerhurt

EDIT3: what a hell is that ? Silent_Healer.sma - 2000 views

@[X]-RayCat I would say, that is just a little help. You still don't know what class is what ent on map.

Use my entity tool. You can just aim at ent and get all data you need ;)

btw. If you look at the first ss you can tell, that class name for healer (on that map) was func_door
