In rank csgo servers are colors for teammates. (yellow, green,.....)
Is it possilbe to add it to my server? i was search in google but found only commands for Offline console.
Maybe with a command or plugin?

If you're running a competitive 5v5 server they should be there automatically. I think mp_competitive_official_5v5 1 ought to do the trick.
