It weird for me when i install this plugin in plugin.ini and amxmodx\plugins no use i cannot see the weapon on the back . somemore i using 3nd view

Please post the result of the following commands into the server-console. IF you don'T have direct access to the server-console you can use the ingame-console with rcon infront of them:

version
amxx list
amxx modules
meta list
meta version

And did you do a full server-restart after installing the plugin?

i did the full server restart - by typing restart but what u mean by you can use the ingame-console with rcon infront of them:
