how can i solve hlds giving this error after a while?

Hlds launcher has stopped working

Are you receiving any error logs? Also i'd suggest using SteamCMD if you aren't yet, as it is still getting updated now and then.

I use steamcmd but it still gives error.

Show error logs if u have some. Try running SteamCMD.exe to update your files.

Disable plugins 1 by 1 until you find out which one's causing the issue.

No problem in plugins linux doesn't crash either.

if you like windows then run HLDS in console mode:

If you have many servers then you can use HLSM for better monitor, log and auto start in crash.
Also you should enable logs...
