Okay i got amx and everything working fine but i transfered my server to my upstairs computer. Both are off of router, both are port forwarded, and both have a static ip! (Same Internet Ip but different Ip Address from router) (host computer is 192.168.1.102 and my computer is 192.168.105) Downloaded cs and half life both 100% ready as long with dedicated server. But when i connect on my computer (thats not hosting it) it shows up on my favorites but it keeps saying Retrying Connection...but the server is really up and running! and i turned off all viruses and internet protection programs - even in the server consule it doesnt show me or my ip connecting it just says this :

couldn't exec listip.cfg
couldn't exec banned.cfg
Connection to Steam servers successful.
VAC secure mode is activated.
Adding master server 69.28.151.162:27010
Adding master server 207.173.177.11:27010


Any help is well appriciated or any hints, thanks!

You never even make it into the server, you sure you don't have the port blocked? Some routers have embedded firewalls.
