I know this is a function of Mani-mod however for those of us using other admin tools, it would be great to have as a standalone metamod plugin.

For the most part I've only seen this used in tasteful/non-distracting ways and would like to utilize it to add a little more customization to our server.

stripper can add/remove things to maps look in the plugins section for source:MM or here in the plugins section.
