It stole me 2GFlops/s on Linpack, a good 10%, while with both Avira and NOD32 the difference was within error margins (~2%).
It used to take negligible time to me on the beginning, but after a couple of weeks it always starts slowing down. Maybe they fixed it, but last time I gave it a shot (8.5 version if I'm not mistaken), it did nothign but piss me off.
