[ANY] Respawn Manager

Description
This plugin manages the respawn times with additional features such as custom respawn times for owner, vips, admins & of course teams.
Supporting translations aswell, currently having English & Swedish.

Supporting at the moment
1. Team Fortress 2
2. Team Fortress 2 Classic
3. Counter-Strike: Source
4. Counter-Strike: Global Offensive.

ConVars
1. sm_respawn_manager_enabled - Should respawn manager be enabled? Default: 1
2. sm_respawn_manager_cmd - Should respawn command be enabled? Default: 1
3. sm_respawn_manager_msg - Should respawn message be enabled? Default: 0

Administration
1. sm_respawn_manager_vip - Respawn time for VIP users. Default: 5
2. sm_respawn_manager_vip_flag - VIP Flag required for custom respawn time. Default: a
3. sm_respawn_manager_vip_enabled - Should VIP have custom respawn time?. Default: 1

4. sm_respawn_manager_admin - Respawn time for Admin users. Default: 5
5. sm_respawn_manager_admin_flag - Admin Flag required for custom respawn time. Default: b
6. sm_respawn_manager_admin_enabled - Should Admin have custom 7. respawn time?. Default: 1

8. sm_respawn_manager_owner - Respawn time for Owner. Default: 5
9. sm_respawn_manager_owner_flag - Owner Flag required for custom respawn time. Default: z
10. sm_respawn_manager_owner_enabled - Should Owner have custom respawn time?. Default: 1

Team Fortress 2 & Team Fortress 2 Classic
1. sm_respawn_manager_red - Respawn time for red team. Default: 5
2. sm_respawn_manager_blu - Respawn time for blue team. Default: 5
3. sm_respawn_manager_grn - Respawn time for green team. Default: 5
4. sm_respawn_manager_ylw - Respawn time for yellow team. Default: 5

Counter-Strike: Source & Counter-Strike: Global Offensive
1. sm_respawn_manager_t - Respawn time for terrorist team. Default: 5
2. sm_respawn_manager_ct - Respawn time for counter-terrorist team. Default: 5

Plans
1. Add Configuration file support. (if a player matches the players name in the config, he will be respawned within the specified seconds in the config.) Planned Version 1.2.0

Hi, I found the bug which plugin does not load and displays an error.

Hey, thanks for the bug fix, however when spy using dead ringer, the plugin thinks player is dead and keep respawning to spawn. Can you fix this?

EDIT: Also this mod seems respawns the player while on Sudden Death phase, it shouldn't be respawning the player.

Same here, I had to remove the plugin because of this.

When deadringer ends, player respawning to spawn.
