[CS:GO] Server does not display map info

Hello everyone,
I started using GOTV on my server with Linux Ubuntu. However, the server stopped showing map info: http://prntscr.com/iz8da7
Does anybody know how to fix it?

I forgot to mention I use workshop maps.

Disabling hibernation should fix that

I tried it and it did not help. Now it is not showing even the map when there are players.
