You could just get ripent and easily modify the .bsp files yourself so the doors are different or give the entities that are the doors the ability to give damage to anything that is jammed in between them...

For example in the first map for Case Closed series for Sven Coop...the doors would get stuck due to headcrabs getting stuck in between the door and a wall...so I used ripent and added the "dmg" keyvalue to all the "door_rotating" or w/e entities for that map...and now when peeps goto my server they do not need to redownload the map and the doors will smash those damn things if they get in the way...
