Yeah, the next update I do for this I will put CheckCommandAccess in it instead of the GetUserFlagBits; I was originally going to but I didn't, lol

I hate this plugin so much....god...

I used it to reveal info coding wise that should have only gone to one person. Half the server saw it.

I tested it a couple of times, ppl would say

"klash, I saw that" -___- I don't know what the problem is, but it isn't doing its job.

I'm sorry that the plugin was broken. I don't know if I didn't test it thoroughly enough, or if something interfered with it. This plugin isn't exactly widely used, but I still use it on my personal servers, and I find it useful (as do some of my players). So, two years late, here is an update for it. Please post if you spot anything wrong, or if any bugs occur. See the ChangeLog in OP to see what was changed.
