how we will know if it's works without .sma

There have a .amxx.

Without the .sma file we can't check how the plugin is made, and also, why it's not behaving as it should.

As a tip, never use plugins without the source code.

You have a point about source code, Never you can know what have there.

The problem was in reapi. http://dev-cs.ru/resources/103/ this fix my problem.
