Look into your FTP folders, maybe there you can find the error logs

This was all I could find that was a log file.
I would make a GeoLiteCity.dat, but I don't have SSH access and I get an access denied from cron jobs if I use that.

That is from the daemon, that is not needed, we're talking only about the website.
Could you post all your logs that you can find (related with the webserver).
