This is probably a dumb question, but where do you put the downloaded files (e.g. zp_extra_sandbags) in the CS file?

Hey its simple put it in your cstrike/addons/amxxmods/plugins folder and copy the name to paste it in cstrike/addons/amxxmods/configs/plugins.ini bottom to make it work

Thanks for the reply. It didnt work though. I've even compiled the .sma file also before copy and pasting it again.

where did you add the name_of_plugin.amxx ? in plugins.ini or in default zp.ini

plugins.ini i think. Do I just copy and paste the name in cstrike/addons/amxmodx/configs/plugins where they state to put your 3rd-party plugins there or do I have to follow a bit from the examples they give you in cstrike/addons/amxmodx/scripting

They also said this " [AMXX] Plugin file open error (plugin "zp_extra_sandbags") " when i try to run my own server to try the sandbags

sometimes you might need to compile the source yourself to make it work. and for zombie's plugin put it under cstrike/addons/amxxmods/configs/plugins-zplague.ini the bottom of the list.

and to compile put the .sma file in cstrike\addons\amxmodx\scripting and run compile.exe when done look for the file you need in compiled folder and paste in cstrike\addons\amxmodx\plugins.

just saying from experience. not sure if it helps hope it does xD
