    Description:
    - Allows you set time after which player can deal damages if he spawned or [TF2] resupply

    Cvars:
    - sm_karc_cooldown (DEFAULT: 5.0) | After resupply or spawn in how much seconds player should be able to kill / attack | Set 0.0 if you want it disabled (incase you want to make it map specific)

    To do:
    - Add cvar for destroying projectiles after they spawn [TF2 Only]

    TF2 & Non-TF2 versions:
    - Diffrence between both is fact that non-tf2 uses player_spawn event and TF2 uses post_inventory_application
    - In future i might add to TF2 version removing client projectiles when they can't attack.

Blocking damage may confuse players... I'd recommend to really block firing by weapon (cooldown)

    Spoiler
