I installed your plugin I started , I do not find configuration file cfg.

is this normal?

The plugin doesn't use any cvars, so it doesn't need a config file.

thank you for your answer , the file RCON_PASSWORD_EXPLOITS.log create it and put it in /addons/sourcemod/logs ?

that file is automaticly created when one of your admins tries to view the rcon password.
no need to actualy create it. and yes, you will find it in addons/sourcemod/logs

They won't be able to do it. Sourcemod has its own protection against non admins. It will tell them that they have no access to use sm_cvar or sm_rcon so
there is no way for them to get your rcon_password via those commands.

This plugin is meant for admins that have been assigned the rcon flag or the root flag (z), because those two flags allows them to view/change the rcon password when they are in game on your server. It's a security risk and is to why I think this plugin is much important myself.
