Consider using CheckCommandAccess for admin check instead of having flags put in a cvar. This way people can just use the standard admin_overrides file if they want to make it public or available to certain flags.

After the new CSS update you can no longer stick the stickynades to players.

I just went and checked one of my servers and on a windows server running CSS DM they are sticking.
It has the latest released versions of Sm & MM and the updated Stripper with SD Hooks v2

I am finding that the models no longer load now they were all OK until I loaded the latest MM and SM last night. Still testing
