Hey there guys,

I have to say awesome mod for CSS and we really love it, but as default when the server starts we want it disabled and then through the option enable it when we want, what is the best way to do this?

I would like it disabled by default too when server starts, what I do is I keep the line.... addons/cssdm/bin/cssdm_mm out of metaplugins.ini but add it when I want cssdm enabled, its probably not the best way to do it but it seems to do the trick for me.

and there should also be a way to start and stop it when ingame i mean by adding it to the mani admin menu in some way, but rebooting server everytime by stopping plugins or whatever is to bad. there should be a way to just disable it and let it load when admin puts it on ingame.

There is a way to stop and start it in game by typing cssdm_enable and cssdm_disable

yes but then you have to restart the map and after level switch it is enabled again! which is fine, but i just want it disabled by default ;)

- Default = disabled but
- Once enabled ingame, it stays enabled till disabled

I agree with you I would like it disabled by deafault too since I don't run a CSSDM server 24/7.

You can try this, in your server.cfg put in on the last line
cssdm_disable
on my server it still takes a map change to get the buy zones back.
(not sure why)

in your mani rconlist you can add this

" deathmatch on" cssdm_enable
" deathmatch off" cssdm_disable
restart server

did that already but its shit that you have to switch maps first.... maybe the developer can think of any ideas?

also what anti cheat do you guys use to ban aimbots etc?

ya thats what want to do to. enable/disable it in game. Has anybody came up with a conclusion yet??

how about adding
"cssdm_disable" into your autoexec.cfg?
Thats what I used. However once you change map you have to re-enable cssdm if you wan't to keep it on
