This doesn't seem to work with the latest versions of NS and AMX Mod X as is. Seather posted the solution above. It's an easy fix if you could plug it in to the download KCE. It's your baby.

Execpt it doesnt weld all the way. Like if I have 30 armor and they bite me to 0 weld my self back up just goes up to 25.... not all the way.
