I think he's referring to weapons that can be fired without scoping in. I don't know which game he's talking about though.

I don't know why u want to remove the convars, and about the messages just take the plugin and remove/comment some "PrintToChat"/"PrintToHint"/"PrintToCenter"/etc lines.
