Arrays are an extremely basic construct in about all programming languages so it sounds like you need to look at some of the very basic tutorials for Pawn scripting. Take a look at the first couple tutorials under the General section here.

You aren't using dynamic arrays. You need to understand the basics first.

If you want to learn the basics of interacting with files, look at existing plugins and other Scripting Help threads that already do it. Write test plugins to test basic functionality based on what you've learned in your searches and test them.

If you still have issue, post a new thread about a specific question/topic and post the code that you tried explaining what you are trying to do and what is actually happening with the code that you posted. If you do this, you'll be 1) more likely to solve it on your own and 2) more likely to get people to help you.
