Donation Bot for My TF2 server

I am looking for an easily configurable Tradebot that only accepts donations. If it had some sort of log on who sent the donation-bot Items that would be the best situation. I would like to be able to make judgement calls on how much is donated so a system that automatically gives donator flags is not needed. If there is sourcecode for a bot that im missing please PM me.
