use avalanche version and are you running a listen server
if yes the admin on a listen server can't be kicked

Try my second version which disables it even faster, thus it should make it impossible for them to have it on for even a millisecond (well, maybe a millisecond).

Doing a client_cmd in prethink sounds pretty sick XD

Besides, the user can just alias the cvar into "" and thus render your protection useless. Use query_client_cvar if possible.

EDIT: You can try to use my unreleased cvar rules plugin:
1) Compile & install http://www.tcwonline.org/cgi-bin/vie...es.sma?rev=1.1 <-- you'll have to copy&paste it because the forums don't like a * in the URL.
2) Add this to server.cfg:
