Admin Decoy *URGENTLY NEEDED*

Hi i want an admin decoy plugin. From UWC3 (ultimate warcraft 3) which spawns a decoy looking E-X-A-C-T-L-Y like you and looks where you look(for admins only). (does not move at all). So if it is possible i want a plugin like that with these features:

Directly From UWC3:
1)Decoy
2)Decoy moves where you look

New features that i hope you guys can add:
1)Cvar to select whether decoy moves where you move.
(cvar: amx_decmove "0-1")
2)Show the weapon that the admin is using
3)Cvar to show weapon or no weapon
(cvar: amx_decweapon "0-1")
4)Cvar to select whether decoy shoots when admin shoots.
(cvar:amx_decoyshoot "0-1")
5)Cvar to choose if the plugin is on/noton.
(cvar:amx_decoy "0-1")
6)Cvar to choose whether decoy automatically shoots at opposing team.
(cvar: amx_decautoshoot "0-1")*
7)Cvar to choose whether decoy spills out blood.
(cvar:amx_decgore "0-1")

Cvar to choose how many rounds the decoy stays.
(cvar:amx_decround "0-50") (0 is infinite)
9)Command/Menu to destroy decoys.
(command: decoysexplode)
10)Command/Menu to shift decoys around
(command: *bind* amx_movedecoy) [move decoy will automatically move the decoy to where the admin is standing and it is for the latest decoy that was created]
11)Command to name decoys??
(command: amx_decname "somename") [hopefully if this command can work make it work with command #10 so after amx_movedecoy you can put the decoy's name)

Urgently needed if anyone can make this +karma!!

*i'm not sure whether number 6 is possible in AMXmodX. It is something like the natural selection sentry gun.
