Okay ! So my question is that, For example I have created a server on my local machine. So I can connect through 3 possible IPs.

1st one gonna be : 127.0.0.1:27015
2nd one gonna be : 192.168.1.2:27015
3rd one gonna be : 175.100.184.19:27045 [ External IP ]

Now, The thing is if we connect to the any IPs from above list, It will connect to the single server which I have created.

Now, Is that possible to get connect to the same server using different IP and different port ?
When I connect to this server at that time actually I'm connecting to the [ 175.10.184.19:27045 ]

I saw these type of servers on game tracker.
The another thing is when we want to add another server on the counter-strike favorites, it wont be added by another IP. It will always add by the real IP. and players stats remains on the both server.

So the question is how to do this ?

Thank you !

You you enable port forwarding on your router or firewall, yes it is possible. Consult your router or firewall's manual to learn how to do this
