Id this plugin stili working? Is compatibile with csgo? Still laggy?

Some questions if anyone is still using this plugin (and maybe has done some customization to it). I'm going to dig into the code to see if I can do any of this myself, but thought it couldn't hurt to ask before I "reinvent the wheel".

- Is it possible to limit player vote # based on a time frame or poll (e.g. one vote per IP per week or one vote per IP per poll)?
EDIT: It appears the latest version of the plugin only allows one vote per player IP/Steam ID depending on the cvar setting. I should learn to read.

- Is it possible to rework the way that poll options are created to make it use a dynamic list of another web database?

Any help or input would be greatly appreciated.

Appears to work but server stutters every time it loads up the vote for a new player. Could anyone fix this up to be threaded as the one they made was never released?
