Hello there , I want someone to convert the following plugin .sp code in order to work with CSGO.

Plugin description:
TeamFreezeTag, is loaded on 35_hp knife maps and your quest is to freeze all the enemies by right clicking with your knife (you stab the enemy and he freezes instead of being killed). Work as a team because you can also unfreeze your frozen teammates in the same way you freeze enemies - by using your knife of course!
For balancing reasons , more knife-hits required to unfreeze a teammate than freezing an enemy (4 hits instead of 1). A frozen victim has the color of his respective team (195,161,53 for T and 113,162,231 for CT). Each hit during unfreezing a teammate makes your teammate changing gradually color to normal (255,255,255)
When all members of a team (ct/t) are frozen, they are slain and round ends with other team as winners.
