Tank Punch Ceiling Stuck Fix

I searched for a plugin that fixed a bug in when the TANKS got stuck.

I found a plugin, But I can not compile.

I wonder if anyone can help me. It will be possible to correct.

You need 2 includes: l4d2util and l4d2lib.

EDIT: I attached a version of the plugin without the FCVAR_PLUGIN tag since it's deprecated anyway. Now it compiles without any warnings.
