[QUESTION] Valve still ban GSLT or no?

I have a question, I plan to open a CS:GO server, and I have been informed about the plugins of !ws, !gloves, etc.
But I read something about a GSLT ban when using them, you can take a ban on tokens.
But I've also read through a few topics that valves haven't banned the 2018 GSLTs.
In my country, there are many servers that use the plugin !ws, and are not banned.
Is it safe to use these types of plugins or not?

You should always assume there's a risk when a plugin is unapproved due to messing with valve
