We've been having issues on our server for a long time. According to the logs it mostly fails to get the inventory while it is able to get profile, but inventory is more important for us. I compiled the plugin with DEBUG defined and it gives 503 errors even though both Steam and TF2 servers are up. It been doing this for a long time and I have no idea what the problem is.

Our first logs go back about a year ago in May 2019 where it was doing the same thing. Profile succeeds but inventory fails.

Edit: I tested the API on my own and it seems sometimes it returns a blank array which is probably the cause.

Edit 2: I made some changes to the code and changed the inventory URL to https://steamcommunity.com/inventory/<steam_id>/440/2?l=english&count=1. This link will give a 403 error and body text is "null" if the inventory is private, while it starts listing items if its public (but not important). So I was just checking if I get a 403 then the inventory is private.
