Hello, I'm using get5 with sourcemod 6276 and metamod 970 stable.
I'm getting scoreboard bug after half time. Players have to re-connect and its been around 6 months now. I tried with only sourcemod and metamod with absolutely no plugins but get5 only still the same.

What should i do?

Same problem with WarMod, the best is to look for your match config and change mp_halftime_duration to 10 or less and mp_win_panel_display_time to 10 or less.
