I want a plugin that locks the teams when warmup ends so no one can switch.
But if you have flag t you can switch team as usual.

Imo it's not the perfect solution but it could help you. If you use Weapon restrict you can change the plugins cvar at warmup end:

sm_teamchange_unlimited_restrict_ct "1" 


This way I believe nobody would be able to move from a team to another, they could only press auto assign.
Another issue though, would be that players could still try and get assigned to the other team by reconnecting.
That's why I'm trying to find a plugin that remembers a player's team even if they reconnect.
This last plugin I linked is still not working perfectly and I replied to the developer (actually there were two different developers trying to help) and I'm waiting for a response.
Best case scenario would be a single plugin that I can configure to prevent anyone (except flagged users) to change team. Period.
