It wasn't the intention from me that the second parameter should get abused by bad admins.
As player you just type !addfriend playername, to add someone you want to have in your friends list. But as admin you can also add yourself to someones list if he doesn't know how to add you.
I'm not sure if I'll leave this plugin as it is in the current state.

Note: You can only invite someone to your friendslist, he still has to click on the "accept" link to actually complete the process.

They wouldn't, but like always they forget about something.

I know this plugin doesn't cover this but is there any way that you can have a person join a Steam Community Group from in-game?

thank you for this. i dont play on abusing it.

but because i run a pretty strict mod where
bs tolerance is at a minimum, i get only a few
people and its important for me to friend
them so i can invite them to the server
when our small group is ready to populate.

its funny but everyone complains about
teamflashers and TKs and trolls and campers,
but when you run all the plugins to squelch
this, its under-appreciated.

i run:
anti radio spam
teamflash detect (by hlstat)
tspawn camper notify (ct for cs_maps)
1 awp/team with beacon on it
autosnipers can be bought but zooming them is disabled (heh)
alltalk on below 3 ppl
FF damage reflects so you still have to watch what you shoot at
(but theres no griefing)

idk, i just have to be patient. the traffic will come.
HAHA, its only been a coupla weeks....

Is a modification of this possible so a !community <name> sends an invite to a set steam community?

Sorry for bumping.
I'd say its not really impossible to make it.

If you have the time to look at others steam profile awhile logged in and not using the steam browser interface, you can view the source and see whats the link looks like. [look at the header part]

HTML Code:
var inviteUrl = "http://steamcommunity.com/actions/GroupInvite";
var invitableGroups = new Array();
var inviter = "76561197994248852";
var invitee = "76561198001001721";
invitableGroups.push(new Array("103582791429523725", "This is SPARTA!"));
invitableGroups.push(new Array("103582791429528431", "Razer Zone"));
invitableGroups.push(new Array("103582791429555349", "Doorman is God"));
This is just an example taken from my account. I am not sure where to start it, well, this is just an info, who knows it might not be impossible to do it.
